Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven growth & sales advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is in the early to mid-stages of their sales career and is eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact for a fast-growing startup. The ideal candidate is extroverted, loves socializing, and is always on the lookout for creative ways to generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound outreach
- Prospecting: Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers and partners who align with Supermomos’ mission and offerings
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads, engage them in meaningful conversations, and set up meetings or demos for sales team
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with partners, understanding their needs and how Supermomos can help them achieve their goals
- Collaboration: Work closely with CEO and General Manager of NYC to refine outreach strategies, share insights from the field, and contribute to overall team success
- Growth: Take initiative in learning about sales techniques, industry trends, and Supermomos' product offerings to continuously improve your performance and impact the community
